Beautiful hand-thrown ginger/ garlic grater made in a soft speckled cream clay with a soothing cream and green. Perfect for when you need a ginger or garlic paste instead of just finely chopped
 
Height: Approx. 3 cm
Width: Approx. 8.5 cm

How to use:
1.) Peel ginger or garlic. 
2.) Scrape across the points on the dish, when the ginger or garlic is small be careful not to scrape your fingers across it.
3.) Use a ginger brush or spatula to clean the grater. **
4.) Make sure to rinse the grater and brush right after use so that the ginger or garlic doesn't dry, making it difficult to clean.

**Does not come with the ginger brush. You can purchase a brush with your grater for an added expense.

Option 1: Simple flat bamboo brush, made in China. It works well though aggressive/ extensive use will eventually damage the tines.
Option 2: Better quality bamboo brush, made in Japan. Made from many small pieces of bamboo. It works very well, the tines will last longer than option 1.
