
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving it no questions asked (with the exception of seasonal, sale and custom orders) minus the shipping costs.
Jewelry: If you receive a broken item but there is no damage to the packaging to indicate it was mishandled in shipping but rather is due to a defect I will replace it ASAP no fees applied.

Pottery: If you receive a broken item but there is no damage to the packaging to indicate it was expressly mishandled in shipping please take photos and contact me ASAP to determine the cause of the damage and the appropriate next steps. Pottery can be fragile and lack of damage to packaging does not mean it wasn't mishandled.
If you receive an item that was damaged due to mishandling from the shipping company, please take photos of the packaging before opening, contact first the shipping company then me. What will and can be done will be determined on a case by case basis.
Items that are damaged through mistreatment may be repaired (i.e. dropping it, stepping on it, being pulled) please contact me with photos of the damage. If it can be repaired all remaining pieces (i.e. silver, chain, cabochons, beads) must be shipped back to me (at customer’s expense). The items will be repaired and the customer charged depending on the extent of the damage.

If an item cannot be repaired a new one will have to be purchased at full price.

If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
